Film Thicknesses:
  • 1 1/2 mil - Light handling.  Book covers, business cards, pocket cards, and posters.
  • 3 mil - Regular office handling.  Flip charts, table tents, menus, posters, pocket card, book marks.
  • 5 mil - Industrial handling (adds weight to the sheet).   ID badges, reference cards, keepsake cards, book marks, menus.
  • 10 mil - P.O.P. items, Industrial handling (resembles credit card thickness).  Retail shelf hangers, industrial spec. cards, keepsake cards, book marks and menus.
Finish Terms:
  • Clear - glossy, clear finish
  • Matte - non gloss, delustered finish
  • Other finishes available at your request - Please inquire
Edge Terms:
  • Sealed Edges - an extended lip of film which fully encapsulates the sheet.  Offers maximum protection.
  • Flush Trim - the four sides of the sheet are cut right to the edge leaving no plastic overhanging.  (In most cases, laminating an oversize press sheet with square corner and finish trimming flush will give the best quality and best price.)
  • Square Corner - covering the image area on a press sheet and cutting the guide and gripper flush to the paper.  Ideal for flat cutting or die cutting.

You can print custom logos on the front with text and bar codes on the reverse side.

$ Savings Hint $:  To keep costs down, print your credit card ‘look-alikes’ on paper rather than synthetics. Often times, these wallet cards will not be undergoing the same stresses as key tags.
